Cape Santa Maria was established by the Dupont family and frequented by the New York Yacht Club. Today the resort is operated by the Oak Bay Marine Group for whom we designed the new Beach House and the Beach Villas shown in these renderings.  The elevation is a first concept and the middle right image is a CAD rendering of the finished Villas as they will appear.  This illustrates how our designs evolve.
